Doesn't seem to be a wonder-weapon at all.

Stability is in definite need of upgrading. Three shots to a reload is another upgrade to work on.

UPDATE 2 Psycho Girl

OK, my bad.

I was only checking Headgear for Psycho Girl and there is NO headgear associated with the set. I do have the other pieces.

Now to find a headgear that works well with the other four pieces. Any headgear suggestions to enhance a sniper weapon?

UPDATE: Psycho Girl AWOL Put in a ticket with all the info asked for and more. Got a stock email asking for the exact same info. Sent it and got another stock email stating that they couldn't find my account so send the info again with a screenshot of my base data. Sent it. Got an in-game pop-up say...

Thank you. Now it is sure that it isn't in my Inventory. However, the Stage 3 in-game attributes of Psycho Girl are working just fine. It must be a "visual glitch" as GL calls it.
