I have done a couple of tests and it appears that GL have nerfed the weapon for all helicopter missions. Just did Chap 8 mission 4 and it took three rounds to take out a sniper, next mission, back to normal, one round head shot for all goons. If you use an AP it drops the Helo kill down to 3 shots, ...

I have used the same strategy as GWD, have the weapon up to Lvl 14 (70%) and will now play out the level, but I also have 3 parts that are a lot lower than the supposed 1 low drop rate part.

I have to agree, 'DEADEYE" is a complete waste of time, you get 1 shot at it during an attack and if the weapon is not powerful enough you are a goner.

Haven't noticed the Ruby increase, but GL have got this philosophy majorly wrong. They want people to buy and spend, the current environment equates to a 'get in - do what you have to and get out'. I no longer think about spending resources as there is nothing to spend them on..
