You will need a minimum of 354 packs, about 2.1/hr for the duration of the event, but more likely in the region of 390ish @ 2.5/hr. I will leave it to you all to work out if the 12*'s are worth ...

I have done a couple of tests and it appears that GL have nerfed the weapon for all helicopter missions. Just did Chap 8 mission 4 and it took three rounds to take out a sniper, next mission, back to normal, one round head shot for all goons. If you use an AP it drops the Helo kill down to 3 shots, ...

I have used the same strategy as GWD, have the weapon up to Lvl 14 (70%) and will now play out the level, but I also have 3 parts that are a lot lower than the supposed 1 low drop rate part.

I have to agree, 'DEADEYE" is a complete waste of time, you get 1 shot at it during an attack and if the weapon is not powerful enough you are a goner.
