I've often been getting game restarts and loss of progress across all aspects of the game for a few weeks. Very similar results. Only two 12* in the spin game and we both got one of them. Not worth going after the other one.

If GL decides to buff the weapon it should be a factor of x10. They won't give it that much, of course, but with those great attributes and being a complete waste, it should happen after all the resources used chasing it.
