Another round, this ones weapon is highly suspect, just have a look at the list of affinities.

The list of gear that will activate the affinities is limited too, I doubt this one will be worth it but here we go anyway, I hope stability upgrades help as to start it jumps all over the place and is very weak against goons (unless you let it charge which takes 5 seconds not the 3 stated), and not that accurate either.

Agree. After using it I thought, "Maybe it will get better on Stage 2". Oops, no Stage 2 this time.

The built-in slo-mo and unlimited ammo are nice but those don't overcome the weaknesses. I'll play for giggles but won't use resources except for in-event packs.

This should be a 50% upgrade event so it just passes the time away. Futilely hoping the Forge comes back to dump some of these excess weapons (and parts).

Well a full day playing and collecting parts and still can't do 1 upgrade to start playing chapter 2

AND only getting a couple of speed ups for opening packs not the usual amount, so much for todays 'update', even more knackering of the game...

And now we are back to getting 3K gold for spinning the wheel. Six times in a row is a bit suspect.

As stated previously, "Get more PARTS, spin the wheel" is a total sham.

They've really screwed us with the latest update, and I'm not accepting it's not 100% intentional, haven't noticed anything new or improved either.

And again can't progress without throwing packs or a deputy at the event, parts drops are noticeably skewed, another STFU from Gameloft updates.

Well the weapon is going to end up a complete POS. When it takes 5-7 shots to take out a Goon (and shit it is slow), wtf is going to happen in Chap 10 when you need 16 kills in less the 40 secs??
Not going to waste my resources.

Agree, as it is there is less and less of this game worth playing.

Managed a second upgrade (stability, as it needs it) and it still bounces all over the place!

Can see this one falling by the wayside.

Managed so far to nearly keep up, I've managed to upgrade enough to complete level 7, but not enough to start 8, a few short for this one still.

Gotta say not loving this weapon, it bounces all over the place, hard to keep on target.

We are back to this weapon parts absurdity. Plasma cores just won't drop.

Don't know when or where this weapon would be useful except for the after-event-event when it is required. So far no permanent resources used (or will be used). It is partially upgraded and headed for storage.

Same here, with cores, chips and scopes all being low drops.

2 more upgrades to do, hopefully there's enough time, not keen on using any packs or deputies on this one...

There are still 4 1/2 days remaining to get the final parts. You should be able to grind out the parts over that time.

I prefer the won weapon without the circular charging ring around the sights after earning it. There is no reason to wait for the ring to fully charge since it continues to charge while firing. Can't remember if sniper weapons did this. I think they recharged after each shot...maybe not.

Of course, the weapon doesn't have the attributes a suitable armor set would give it but it won't be used anyway. However, the built-in slo-mo was helpful in finishing the event as was applying a barrage armor set.
