Is anyone else experiencing refresh problems with the "Shop/Black Market'? I am getting continual flickering and in some cases auto refreshes, it is only happenning the 'Black Market.

Yep, same here.
Turns out I wasn't just old and grumpy - I was right to be pissed right off!

Make that a trifecta. But mine has been doing it for quite some time, not just recently started. Buying an item doesn't change the flickering. At least the buttons still function.
