Looking on the bright side, I supper from sever COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) which puts me in the severely clinically vulnerable group and have basically been in isolation for 2 years, but I have had all my jabs, 2 vaccines and booster, and although I'm feeling pretty rough I don't feel I need hospitalisation - so +1 for vaccines.
If I hadn't had the vaccinations I'd be on a ventilator right now, which would not have been a great experience, and it would have added to the health service workload, so anyone wondering from first hand experience yes it is well worth getting your jabs.
