Well, rock bottom hit, even running a deputy doesn't get one upgrade.
Starting to think even FOMO isn't going to kick in anymore.

Unfortunately, this has been the pattern for a couple of years now with weapons.

Used up well over 100 packs and several deputies just for the last stage, it's not supportable, players will just stop trying like other events that are not worth playing.
