Another round is up, just play a round to get on the board, without the paid for weapons and gear you'd be pushed to win anything in the individual challenge...

Just curious since I've never played. What is the benefit of "getting on the board"?

There are 'group' rewards so as long as you've played 1 round you get them as the game plays out.

Even if your score is poor it's worth just doing 1 round to get them
