I'm sure you have tried setting all of the game video choices at their absolute lowest settings. Maybe that would work like "electro-shock" therapy needed by the GL staff.

All videos are working 'down under'.

There is some chatter on Discord about videos not being available. The screenshots show but the text indicates that there are no videos available.

Conclusion: Decker is one of several with the problem. Just going to have to wait it out. At least Decker doesn't have to spring for a new and expensive gaming computer. SF has likely cost him that amount already.

Still no vids (during an exotic event) and the shot spread of the event weapon is shocking...

This morning all the videos worked EXCEPT in the Exotic Event. A couple of restarts and that video came back. Hope yours is corrected soon. No reason only a few players are missing out while others are fine. GL used to send compensation.

BTW, it appears that GL is trying to resurrect game cash as the main currency. The Black Market is mostly cash now with only a few gold items...sometimes none worth having at all. Gold is so easy to get that they had to figure a way to get into the players pockets just a bit more. Now they offer to convert rubies to cash at an absurdly inflated rate.

Complaints on Discord continue that some have no videos for 3rd day in a row. Video prompts are greyed out for them.

Yep that's what I get, and I know what you mean about game cash, but there hasn't been anything in BM for ages worth getting...

Day 4, still no vids

Day 5, still no vids, nothing of any value in BM unless you want to use game cash, but that kind of takes away the need to play PvP, talk about way to kill the game!!!

Agree, they haven't had videos in BM since the new format, just another money grab, forcing you to spend Rubies instead of your 3 free video spins. I would have thought that the advertisers would be pissed as there goes possibly 6 advertising slots.

Day 6, still nothing, this is just woeful.

Todays play was 5 minutes total, exotic and a couple of arena matches, done

Day 7 - same as ever, or at least it feels that way.

Another part not worth playing due to mismatching or 'other' causes.

Not much left is there...

Day 8 - YAWN - surprise still no vids, again short gameplay time

Very few mentions on Discord about videos not playing problems. Maybe it is time to put in a ticket to GL.

IIRC, there are ways to shake up the game including uninstall / reinstall and more.
