I wonder if anybody ever drew the top reward in the first three spins (15* in this round). The odds must be astronomical. At any rate, the whole draw can be had for a mere 60K+ rubies. Not something worth pursuing for my tastes.
And what is the point of Halloween heads in May?

A couple of years ago a 12* squadmate would have been a party-inducing achievement. Now it is somewhat Ho-Hum. Not bad, just not spectacular. No perks on this one for Spec. Ops.

It appears that 30 total stars is the breaking point between a bad and decent spin. Didn't make it this time around..

If 30*s total is considered average, this result is slightly better than expected. Still fairly useless except for cashing in for XP.
