Went to start Clan War and it just sat on downloading 0% and never moved, needless to say I didn't win...

EDIT: Exotic Event is doing the same NO chapters are available to play, what is going on GameLoft, whole games broken.

I can't get in the game at all today. It loads to 100% and just sits there loading. Left it for a half hour...still loading.

For variety, the loading sometimes crashes back to the desktop. Other times it tries to load and an in-game splash screen appears on top of the opening screen. Closing that screen makes no difference.

Hope GL extends the exotic event. This is no time to prevent access.

Discord is exploding with others having the same issue. One fix that seems to work is to minimize the game while it is trying to log in and stalled at 100%, wait 30 seconds, and then restore the game. It goes into "Reconnecting" mode and the game is opened. GL says that they are working on the problem.

I hope they're fixing it - they broke it!

Totally FUBAR'd today again - start game, claim daily reward, go to shop and try and buy something, reconnect. Every time the same, and you just have to wait for it to reconnect. What gives GameLoft!!!

Related to our latest update 63, we have important details to share with you:

Why don't they simply test before release, it's not rocket science...

Same here. Had to restart twice to get the reward.
Along the same line (after a week of suffering Update 63):
1. Trophies from PVP still not restored to pre-update amount.
2. Have to sign in to Facebook each time the game is opened.
3. Randomly crashing to desktop frequently...especially when rewards are involved.
4. Some pop-up cause the game to freeze, requiring restarts.
5. A lot of PVP opponents have "Black Shields" while having earned many trophies.

Sounds about right, noticed the pop-ups you 'have to click them' to continue, the cross doesn't close the box.

Update: PVP trophies restored along with some baubles for restoration. Everybody that lost trophies should be getting them back soon. There is not much time left in the current season so GL better get busy.

The other issues persist.

Video playback down, again.

Game broken again, reset back to training level, vids not available, notifications reset, what is going on...

Wwll it looks like GL have screwed up again. It appears that the game is once again not freeing memory causing the the game to freeze. Anyway we seemed to have a good run up until now, lookout Christmas, what can go wrong...

I now expect this rather than being surprised anymore...
