Lately, we've received reports of the APA players (now EUR) that they ran into an issue where their progress have been reset. We acknowledged this issue is due to the social network linking. At the moment, we are investigating to resolve this. To restore your progress, we hope you can fill your game details in this form, our team will work on it and restore your progress.

Please access https://forms.gle/CLrEj4EpHGDdwprN8 and provide your details. To make the restore progress easier, we recommend you to provide both old APA and old EUR dogtags so the team can track and restore to the right new EUR dogtag for you.

The team is also discussing for a mass compensation for those who had lost their progress recently and we will have an announcement later.

bloody hell, what a mess, will they ever test anything...

Two days running been greeted with the new player start-up, what gives???

Nothing on Discord about it being a widespread problem. It happened to me a few weeks ago but the program recognized that I was a returning player and returned all progress. Facebook and Microsoft backups worked in that case. Hopefully, your game was restored, also.

However, it did not update all setting. Had to go through and modify them manually.

I got my progress back but it's worrying.

And the new start is happening again, weekend team's in then!

Another day of start over and slow running...

Videos are a complete shambles, play some and you have to exit and then the 'Spin' comes up, others watch and you get nothing.
GL have really F?$%@D Up this time round.
I'm starting to think, that without this site, GL has no other 'Testers' that are willing to post.

I've noticed that, you have to back out and go back in again to get the spin button, total shambles.

Have you woked out hot to Re-Fresh the SHOP??

Just loked back at my last post. Typo's everywhere.

But still no resolution, seems GL is not monitoring anything...

Might not be not monitoring, might just be don't care...

Also back to the starting from scratch, reconnects and everything else!

Yep the last 'UPDATE' was a complete Cluster F@%K.
I don't think GL understands the Video connections.
You don't get to Refresh the 'Shop'
You can't refil the Reactor Core
You can't watch videos in'Domination'
Maybe they are now trying seriously to kill the game...
