Alien Sky - Stranded - 3 Stage Event - 13/06/2023

Due to GL's 'Fixing' of the drop rates, I am out of here on this event as the Squadies are pretty useless for Base Defence.

Wise decision. I'll go for the SMs for Special Ops but the rest of the event is underwhelming. Was expecting better since it has been a while since the last 3-stage event and since a decent weapon was offered. Maybe next time.

The game is spinning the wheels (or treading water) for the last several months.

Is the gear and weapon any good - NO!

Didn't scratch my base.

As GWD I played out for the SM's which won't be deployed just used for spec ops...

Calibrated Scope seems to make it just randomly wander off on it own

"Calibrated Scope" States "Snaps To Nearest Target", NO, it ambles over to the Target and then gives up following.
Just another waste of time supposed perk.

Kiwi has it right. A moving target has to be manually followed once the "snap" aligns the sights. It chases the enemy but a bit behind. Good for stationary headshot is the best option.

BTW: The oft criticized lost Supreme Pack parts raises its ugly head once again.This is how the event ended.

It's basically another doorstop, and it looks like I escaped lucky with parts drops compared to GWD...
