Another round, single stage, even though the weapon has some good attributes not sure it will be any use to seasoned high level players.

Yes, it appears to be another play for the entertainment event rather than for the value.

Chapter 1/ Mission 4 seems to give a hint of the power of a weapon and this one takes out helos with a single burst with no upgrades. Could be useful for some as already pointed out.

Well weapon won and actually it's not too bad teamed with the right gear , not a high level base killer but actually quite reasonable, newer players will find it useful.
