Definitely a major foul up, I'm on the EURO server too and still not connecting, and I've done the uninstall/reinstall (at least that got me 2GB disk space back).

After reinstall it pulled an update down again but still not playable.

Logged a ticket but I can't see that getting seen this year, so much for the 3 stage event.

As for attaching a screenshot, you can't, there's no option for it!

Not that it is any help, but Discord has a number of posts with the same problem you are having. At least GL is aware of it.

Trouble is that if they don't fix it today it likely won't be handled until after Christmas. GL should extend the 3-stage event just for that reason otherwise their total disregard for the customer/player is confirmed once again.

If you are able to finally get on you'll find that the game is extremely laggy with many reconnects. This update has totally fouled the servers/game and exposed the need for GL to do something about the servers. But it seems to happen every update without resolution. Just more of the same.

Figures, they keep on heaping one problem on top of another, it's now at a stage, IMHO, it's simply not fixable anymore.

If they even pause the 3-stage till they get the connection fixed it may help, but I have a feeling this one will cause major anger if players miss out on the 13* Sm's...

Day 3 - still no connection to the game, looks like players have been abandoned till after the Christmas period, again absolutely no respect for players, and no brains present at GameLoft, you don't pull anything like this at a time of global holidays, I used to lock our comms room and take the key with me to stop anyone being tempted!

Don't know if this advice is legitimate or not from Discord:

"[6:36 AM]Boo D: Merry Christmas All. For those that are having issues with the game not loading and such. Try removing your web credentials. Control panel>User Accounts>Credential Manager>Web Credentials>Sniper Fury>remove. It will rewrite the credentials the next time you start the game. This has help me in the past"

Also, anybody know of a Region that has more than one Molotov? Region 30/01 (Sniper) has only one. It would help with a requirement in Battle Pass. Thanks.

:roll: I should have though of the credentials manager myself - DOH!

There is an entry but it's a long character string NOT an entry for Sniper Fury.

And been screwed for the gearset :evil: that cost me a few Master Packs :twisted:

Also advertised as a top prize of 13* assassin, but if you look inside the event it's actually a 12* RPG :roll:

Had to close the game, it was unplayable (did try restarting it but the same issues).

Input routines seem knackered!

Oh yes. I mentioned this in another post a few days ago. It coincided with the update. I know you were kept out of the game around that time.

Sometimes it will even miss a mouse click. That can put the player at a disadvantage...I know well. It is not much better than a disconnect.

I get the full combo including mouse clicks missing, weapon not moving, shots firing late and in the wrong direction, reconnects and roll-backs, phew.

It takes a special kind of coder to do all that!

I ended up on room 2 of a PvP match and the gun just froze completely, suffice to say I lost that one.
