Well Guys, This maybe the end of me. Ended up with a roll back and can not get the game back from my other device.
It looks like the the opening up of "All Regions" has caused a real problem.
Once again, just as an event is about to end and when you have spent a shit load of resources, have everything to complete the event and hello F&#k you are done.
But hey, my clan now has a Lvl 2 player that can't play in any events.
GL have really screwed this one up.
PS I have submitted a "TICKET", but I am not holding my Breath.

:o :shock: WTF!!!

Try what GWD posted, uninstall/reinstall and use credentials manager to remove the SF entry, then login with your details, it might not work in your case but it's worth a try.

I've had no response to my ticket, and like you I won't be holding my breath.

New response from GL on Warlord bugs:

"We received your reports regarding the Warlord: Undivided event and after a thorough check we discovered the source of the issue - the most recent demon event launched with a setup that caused an imbalance with the Defroster which led to unintended amounts of damage being dealt.

This led to the abrupt ending of the event, much sooner than intended so we are now reverting the setup to what was planned and we will be launching the event again, within correct parameters, for everyone to enjoy.

We are also extending the event through the first days of January, so there will be enough time to collect both individual and community rewards.

We apologise for the mishap, but please bear with us while we set everything up. We'd really love it if everyone would get a chance to replay this community wide event for the awesome rewards the team has prepared!

For full disclosure, this setup is meant to patch up the event so we can relaunch it, but we will look into a more definitive fix after the holiday season is over.

P.S. To express our apologies for this unfortunate misfire, we'll make sure everyone is going to receive compensation. Be sure to login and claim it by the end of the year."

"Warlord Undivided is officially live!
It will end on the 4th of January 10 A.M. GMT
You should all receive the compensation in about an hour. Make sure to log in before the end of the year to receive it!

:lol: First time GameLoft have erred in the players favour I think.

I notice playing a couple of days ago when it went live AGAIN, but it's almost over yet again, using Defroster you get credited for multiple its for each round fired, although without that it'll be a hard job getting all the individual rewards in the timescale.

Is it going to be launched again as it's currently over 90% done!

And hopefully we're not loosing a Kiwi 8-)

Ive been playing sniper fury on steam, and then had to take a break from steam in general.
Now that i got back to it, all my data from the game are wiped.
it is same steam, all achievements are still counted. but i start from the beggining--

Unsure if there was some mistake with the name, or if installing steam to different device caused it. but i will try to get the profile information of the said lost account to help you verify it.

any feedback appreciated

Hi Spider, welcome to the forums, first we are not connected to GameLoft in any way other than being players :)

Been a while since I played on Steam but lets try, if you've installed on another device you'll probably have to play the initial first 'training' level, after that you should be able to go to settings and connect device that should get your original game back, if not it's going to be down to GameLoft support from within the game, but you will need your dog tag number for them to help.

Let us know how it goes.

Not sure what is going on with the SF graphics. There are lagging, drop-outs, stuttering, and restarts like never before. I've tried turning all the graphics to their lowest settings and that has decreased the restarts and minimally lessened the graphic problems while drastically reducing the quality. Bogies are now red blobs but the jerkiness of zooming, jumpiness, and the missing of mouse clicks continues.

The game is not unplayable but far, far from smooth. It is a drastic reduction in quality.
