Keep In Touch With Your Clan Mates
If your clan mates are not 'in-game' making it impossible to use Clan Chat then you could send them a PM (Private Message) here and they will get an email to tell them a new message is awaiting, which is handy if your clan mates don't want to hand out contact details in the game.
You can PM multiple clanmates at once in just one PM so if say 3 of your clanmates are offline but you need to chat then PM those 3 in the one message by adding multiple users in the 'Add Recipients' box, you can easily search by using the 'Find a member' link which lets you search the members list.
This is a members only function. If it wasn't how would the forum know to email and who would you leave a message for in the first place?
