It's Arena!!!

Yep. That is what it looks like to me, also. I don't play Arena, Survival Fury, and won't be playing Skyline Skirmish. Too much else in life to do and too little money to do it.

But maybe this effort from GL will keep basic Sniper Fury around for a few more years. Another revenue source for GL. Spend away you snipers for the sake of layabouts like me.

Gave it another try and behold there are plenty of players already with upgrades, it's another pay to play section.
