Stage 2 - Hamlet

Extra 20% added to XP bonus from weapon & from 25% crit hit chance upped to 50%.

Upgrading is a notch upped too, and as before first upgrade required to start mission 4, so looks like same as last time although it's a bit pointless as you need to upgrade all the way anyway.

I've upgraded the mag to all but the last upgrade and 10 rounds in the mag this time round again, with the still horrendously slow reload.

I forgot to get the upgrades for 3 -> 4 -> 5 :roll: but here's 2 -> 3 & 5 -> 6 :D

Yep, looks like the upgrade pattern is the same as the last 3 stage event. If the last iteration does not end up with Symbiosis this is going to be yet another dust gatherer.

Filling a gap upgrade 3 -> 4 but more important is the shortage in drops of certain parts, more uneven compared to past drops.

Fortunately, Hamlet is fully upgraded but it looks like Electronics will be a problem for Stage 3.

Don't know how you've managed, you must be playing your socks off :lol:

I've ran 2 x 24hr deputies, will need another for stage 3, and all fully upgraded except thermal which is at level 2 and the parts let are below, serious shortfall of scopes and muzzles...

Well, I did use one Deputy right at the start and try to keep the 3 chest slots filled during the 16 hour day. I used to get up in the middle of the night to empty and fill the 3-slots but no more.

Well tried out a fully upgraded Hamlet on my base, it took out 2 grey drones, that's it, barraged the SM's with XXIII Captain & head for a total of 90% exotic boost.

All I can say is Yorick had better pull a rabbit out of a hat.

Can't say that I'm surprised at the results of your test. The Stage 1 and Stage 2 weapons are notoriously sub-par. Their only use is to advance to the Stage 3 weapon. Even then the final weapon is usually sketchy at best. Every once in a great while something comes up as useful.

Hopefully, this will be an explosive weapon that can be useful. It has been a while since a splash-damage weapon was a base-killer.

Worst part is the investment in time and usually deputies required before you find out it's a P.O.S. :evil:

Well Stage 2 completed donned the gear added XXIII Captain headgear (as there is no headgear with this set instead you get a head, well a headless head :lol: ) so it's got 80% exotic boost along with the weapons 50% crit hit increase.

Tested on my own base and again it's okay to take out a grey drone, doesn't even scratch an 11* SM

Lets hope Yorick brings something to the party... :?

Found the same as you did. Pretty weak. Slo-mo didn't help that much. Neither did the new armor.

After winning the weapon and going back to collect more parts (Ch 6/4) it takes more shots to kill some SMs. It effectively has been nerfed after winning.

I found that too, before completing level 10, it was taking more shots than yesterday to take down SM's and heios :? :o :shock:

Okay so finished playing/collecting parts for the day, going into stage 3 (hopefully) with 300 parts to get me started so might (again hopefully) not need a deputy this round. 8-)
