I see GL are trying a new way to fleece players of rubies with these new packs. The drop rates are set at 100% but you need 100 blueprints to makeup a weapon. So with what id currently on offer you are going to have spend, at minimum,9200 rubies to get a weapon. That is, if all the stars align and GL has not rigged the drops, which I doubt.
Give this one an extra wide berth, it is a trap for young players.

There's been nothing worthwhile in Master Packs for ages so I assume this is the replacement.

The weapons in these packs are nothing special and still only region 32, there's already better out there, so I recon your right in that it's a trap for newer players.

I have just found that I now have to buy Champion Packs to get Weapons that I have previously owned.
Yep GL have removed the lower spec'd versions of the weapons and replaced them.
I really think this is called THEFT.

WTH seriously you've lost already owned weapons and they're now in champion packs, that is possibly the lowest Gameloft have ever gone, and that's saying something!!!
