Looks like the game is in 'no connect mode' again possibly due to issues up North. The APA is all but dead.

Today, instead of the "Failed to connect" error, it's dumping me back to desktop. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've had that for ages, usually when playing (or trying to) a video, but it has happened during PvP and at other events too.

Still getting reconnects too.

Yep, time and time again today. Right back to the desktop with no explanation.

A few hours later it is back to working again. Now, where is the compensation???? A couple of thousand rubies would do.

It's been ongoing for years now, GameLoft have never accepted it is an issue/bug/failure/etc.

Today loading stalled at 81% for quite a while so I have a feeling in my water they've pushed out and update behind the scenes, although it's possibly the new 3 stage event, but it would be nice to be informed as to what's going on (sorry I couldn't resist putting that bit in, I know getting info from GameLoft is like trying to strike a match on wet tripe).

Been getting the "Failed to Connect" at 64% for the past 3 hours. I'd reset the app but I don't have a recent screenshot of my data. Doesn't seem to be anybody on Discord with the same problem.

Anybody else with this issue?

Update:
Reset the SF app...no difference.
Cleared all browser cookies...no change.
Uninstalled/reinstalled game. Same garbage - "Failed to Connect". Internet connection is just fine.

Out of options.

I've jumped though all the hoops too and still the same garbage, I get it 'during' arena matches, and PvP as well as randomly at any other time, GameLoft just don't know what they're doing so where ever they're spending their money it's definitely not on technical talent!!!

Apparently, GL knows about the connection issues and will apply a fix "as soon as possible". This was 8 hours ago...no fix yet.

Must be a difficult fix. Or your evaluation is correct...the techs are a bunch of twits.

They've known about this for ages, and giving the same old story, reality is they don't know how to fix it, if they did it could have been done a loooooong time ago.

Well, at least I'm not alone with this Fail to Connect issue. When I posted it on Discord, a number of players chimed in that they also had the problem.

Trouble is, it is the weekend in Romania so the outage might last for several more days. All the event progress will be toast by then.

When there's no exotic event the game runs 'okay' (not perfect or even great just okay).

When there is an exotic event on the problems appear way more frequently, especially bombing out during video playback, coincidence, I doubt it.
