The game has passed by 11* SMs except for low level Spec. Op. The good thing is that they were free.

Actually, the banner is pretty powerful. 135% base defense against a weapon with an affinity. I believe that is the maximum available as of now. I run a different banner but it is the same 135% and is the most available in my inventory.
