You are absolutely correct. But I did complete the level in another way and was able to finish the whole of the WU event today. GL be damned.

Well, loaded the game onto my backup PC and that did not fix the problem so it must be hard coded.

New low, videos randomly working or not, event redownloading at random too, still have to start the game twice to get any videos and still having to back out and go in again to get spins. FUBAR!

The odd thing is that GL does not know how to fix such obvious errors. Perhaps they are not even trying because of lack of capable resources or simply don't care.

Their continued reliance on the Facebook log-in screen at start up, now going on several weeks, demonstrates an inability to solve issues.

It gets worse, if it could, went to play a level in the event and got a black screen until it timed out and I lost the round, I mean really there's a time to just own up that it's broken beyond repair...

A serious question might be, is GL even working to correct all the problems? There hasn't been significant change in the major bugs for about 10 days now. In fact, as Decker notes, some things are getting worse.

Well, it's now week 3+ and GL seems to NGAF. Videos are still SNAFU.
I think GWD is right, they have lost the PLOT and don't know how to do a 'reset' back to when things worked. Or worse they don'e care...

Well just add insult to injury. After GL decided, for what ever reason, to move people from one server to another all I get now in Clan Wars are match ups with Clans that have a Core rating of 20 whilst ours is 8. Needless to say we get shat upon every engagement, at least on the old server we had a chance.
Maybe GL need to change the matchup algorithm to start with the Core Level then the Clan Rating.

Get that all the time, not sure what they think is a 'fair' match...

Looks like GL have once again screwed the graphics up, or maybe they just revisited an old issue. Who knows..

Maybe they wanted to go retro, I stopped trying to work them out long ago, there's no logic or reason to 99% of what they do.

The videos are still knackered (as I think you ferners say ). But GL is on it...or so they want us to believe.


8:53 PM]GL_Sang: Hi @GWD and @J J and @rodge I just received the msg that the ad maybe fixed now. Because testing some devices, we dont see the issues anymore, but we still need info to make sure about that. Can you please take a look and tell us if it's fixed or not?

Update: Aww, it's still occuring with my own account. I reported again already.
Update 2: Team will fix it in the big update. Seems that the issues is way too serious than we expect. Please bear with us for a while (edited)

And another "big update" to come. Oh, no, please.

EDIT: Back to the very start on loading and fails to connect, so it's all broken...

Todays update, now event/PvP/arena jumpy play, continually stopping, well done and just in time for the weekend...
