Firstly this one had me scratching my head for a bit, the bullets don't travel in a straight line!!! Then I looked at the weapon affinity, it's got 'Seek & Destroy' heading all rounds to the nearest target but not necessarily by the shortest route it's also got piercing which can be handy.

Yes, it is interesting. A little light on the damage at 115m though. As usual, its usefulness will become clear once the event is over.

The bullets are a bit slow to arrive on target and I'm thinking that a sniper, RPG, or Molotov could get off a kill shot while the bullets are on route.

I see you got some cores, mine haven't started yet. But the weapon is able to easily take out enemies when not upgraded at all. So it will be play Chapter 1/4 for quite some time.

Another interesting twist is that the pop-up page advertising the event now states that the weapon needs to be upgraded 50% to win it. That is new and apparently a response to the many complaints about the secret nature of the upgrade requirement. Good on GL for this change.

I noticed the slowness too, at first I just thought I'd missed and let off a few more rounds, Gameloft seem to 'build-in' a fatal flaw every time now, look at Yorick...

Damage seems okay in event so far, as long as you wait for the 3 shot burst to hit target, nothing stating that's going to be any use after the event.

Haven't seen that pop-up yet, be interested to see that

OK, I have put this ones numbers up against the CATO SM INFINITE using G Giest. It turns out to be a POS, NO SYMBIOSIS and about 74M less Damage.
If you what something to use as an upgrade cash cow in the future, it maybe worth chasing.
As a BASE KILLER it will only be a closet Keeper.

Tend to agree there, and it'll only be any good for one season of 'upgrade a weapon'.

Another thing I noticed, since the first 'Forge' where I got rid of a shed load of old weapons (region 1-30) no blueprints have been dropping in packs, so either the weapons can't be built again or each of those was region locked and cannot be gained after you've gone beyond that level. Another mess up by GameLoft since they keep including almost unachievable tasks in Battle Pass!

Chapter 2 Mission 1 - upgrade required, can see where this is going.

Yes, if that is the requirement, each level should require 1 upgrade. 10 levels equals 10 upgrades equals 50%. If we note more than 1 upgrade per level, then once again GL have screwed us.
If you have already done 4 upgrades, then something is wrong, all you should have to do is an upgrade from 1-2 on another part, Mag, Scope, or Chip.

On another note,

Yesterday I gave GL the benefit of the doubt with StW, 12 pins = 9 gold. 75% Gold
Today all doubt has now gone, THEY HAVE JACKED THE WHEEL, 11 spins 8 gold. 72% Gold
WTF.....

Same thing going on with my STW in Exotic events. But it started happening with the last MEGA event when parts were desperate to get. Hated getting gold instead of parts.

I've noticed a bit more gold dropping this time, which I don't think should be on the wheel to start with.

Next chapter, yep mission 1 upgrade required, and the parts requirements are, I'm sure, higher than before, so ONLY having to upgrade to 50% (which is only 1 less anyway) is being made more expensive in requirements than before so a smoke screen has been laid by the 50% BS.

OK, so if what you have shown so far pans out this should be the requirement.
As each upgrade = 5% you will have to upgrade 2 abilities twice (20%) and 2 three times (30%) that equates to a minimum pack requirement of 99. This is the same requirement we had for the Heavy Duty around 10 events ago before they changed to the 70% requirement or 14 upgrades.

As expected upgrade for mission 1 again, I think I'll upgrade to 50% -1 upgrade stage and see if we do get boned in chapter 10...

I see GL have screwed us once again as they have now applied a distraction effect to the latest Weapons. These effects were normally reserved for weapons obtained by the 'free of charge' option, (open Packs for Parts). YES, THE END IS NIGH
